During his career, Dick has assisted hundreds of business owners in the design and implementation of business continuation, selective executive fringe benefits, and wealth preservation strategies. He has shared his experience and insights by being a frequent speaker and author. He has twice addressed annual meetings of the Million Dollar Round Table in Boston and Chicago, and has articles published in Life Association New, Insurance Selling, California Broker, and National Underwriter magazines. Locally, Dick has frequently presented seminars covering insurance, investments and estate planning at Old Dominion University, Norfolk Academy, Cape Henry Collegiate School, and the Chesapeake Public Library.
